Ni ni: Promise residual content ≤0. 20, ≤0. 12 (when making lead bath quenching steel wire)

Copper cu: promised residual content ≤0. 30, ≤0. 20 (when making lead bath quenching steel wire)

Note: The residual content of CR Ni Cu≤0 is agreed. 40 (when making lead bath quenching steel wire)


Mechanical properties

Hardness: annealing, ≤192HB, indentation diameter ≥4. 35mm; quenching, ≥62HRC

Specification for heat treatment: sample quenching 760~780℃, water-cooled.

Delivery Status: The steel is delivered in a annealed state. By mutual agreement, can also be without annealing state delivery.
