This standard specifies the contents of all kinds of general-purpose valves, marking patterns, marking methods and dimensions, and the color of the valve paint.

This standard applies to all kinds of universal valves.

2 Normative reference Documents

The provisions in the following documents shall become the provisions of this standard by reference to this standard. All subsequent amendments (excluding the contents of errata) or revisions to the reference documents of the date shall not apply to this standard, however, the parties who have agreed on this standard are encouraged to examine the availability of the latest versions of these documents. The latest version of the reference document, which does not date, applies to this standard.

3 Marking and Marking methods

1 contents of the logo

2 Marking method of the logo

2 when the valve body shape is formed by the die forging method, the logo can also be marked on the valve body in addition to the die forging or die-casting formed by the valve body at the same time. When the shape of the valve body is forged by forging, steel pipe or steel sheet, the other methods which do not affect the performance of the valve body can be formed in addition to the method of stamping.

5 Marker size

6 Paint

Valve Paint:

Cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel material valves, external surface should be painted factory. The valve shall be painted according to the color of its bearing housing material, and may be in accordance with the color specified in table 5. When the user orders the contract has the request, according to the user specified color to paint.
